Following a KETO diet does not mean you have to give up your sweet treats. Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Superior Source Chocolate KETO Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup of any granulated keto sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup of walnuts

Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the protein powder, sweetener, and sea salt in a bowl. Beat the eggs and add to the dry ingredients. Add peanut butter and vanilla and stir until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and flatten with the bottom of a wet glass, to about 1/4 in. thickness. Place on parchment. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are semi-firm and not sticky on top. Enjoy!
