Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Superior Source Chocolate KETO Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons of keto sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 large egg

Recipe:

Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add all the wet ingredients and blend well. Pour the cake mixture into a mug. Microwave the butter for 1 1/2-2 minutes until the cake is cooked through. Allow cooling for a couple of minutes before enjoying.
