Beetroot Hummus and Avocado Toast

Here’s a tasty and healthy lunch idea:

Avocado toast is one of my favorite go-to lunches when I am very busy – and I like to try different toppings to mix it up a little. It’s quick and easy to make.

You can use store-bought hummus and add some of the Beetroot + Apple Cider Vinegar powder to get that beet and apple cider vinegar flavor that’s always perfect for any vegetable treat.

  • Thinly sliced radish

Preparation:

Mix hummus with the Superior Source Organic Beet Root + Apple Cider Vinegar until nicely blended. Spread a generous layer of hummus over each slice of bread. Top with the remaining ingredients, starting with the avocado, then the sprouts, radish slices, feta cheese, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Serve immediately and enjoy!
